Brachycephalic Syndrome

Brachycephalic Syndrome: Found in dogs with narrow nostrils, short heads, or elongated or soft palates; this disorder presents as obstructed airways. Symptoms range from laboured or noisy breathing to complete airway collapse. Treatment will range depending on the seriousness of the condition and can include oxygen therapy or surgery.
