Cold Tail

Common to retrievers, Cold Tail is a benign yet painful condition that causes the dog’s tail to go limp. You may see your dog bite at its tail. Usually, due to an issue with the muscles between the vertebrae in the tail, Cold Tail typically goes away on its own.
