Collie Eye Anomaly

Collie Eye Anomaly is a hereditary condition that results in eye abnormalities that can lead to blindness in some cases. Changes can include retinal detachment, choroidal hypoplasia (abnormal development of the choroids), staphyloma (a thinning of the sclera), and coloboma (a defect in the optic disc). No treatment is available for Collie eye anomaly, usually within two years.
