Pan Osteitis (Pano)

Presenting as self-limiting lameness, Pano occurs between 5 to 12 months of age. Symptoms will appear limping on one leg, followed by another and then it will stop. Typically caused by high calcium or high protein diets, typically there are no long-term effects. Restricted activity and rest may be required if the dog is in pain.
